I graduated from the Myotherapy Institute in 2011 with an AAS in Massage therapy. At the time I was a single mother of two small children and wanted a career I could continue to grow and expand with. Growing up I trained as a competitive gymnast and dancer, which gave me a unique understanding of the intricacies of the human body, proper muscle movement and what our bodies are capable of. Since graduating I have continued to learn and train in multiple modalities including cupping, deep tissue, Swedish, medical massage, and energy work. Through my own mental health struggles, I’ve learned how trauma affects not only the mind but can also wreak havoc on the physical body. My unique style fuses rhythmic massage, targeted pressure, and focused energy work to release tension, ease pain and promote relaxation. In my personal life I enjoy meditation, yoga, impromptu dance parties with my family, traveling and snuggling with my dogs. I believe in an integrative and holistic approach to health and wellness focused on helping you feel supported, rested, renewed, and reconnected with your body.

Dr. Bobi Farrow is a passionate and dedicated Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist,
blending Eastern and Western modalities to provide comprehensive healthcare. Graduating
from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2019, Dr Farrow continued her
education at the Phoenix Institute of Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture, earning her
Acupuncture degree in 2022.
With a commitment to holistic wellness, Dr. Farrow holds acupuncture licenses in Nebraska and
a naturopathic medical license in Arizona, where she served as a trusted holistic primary care
physician for over two years. Drawing on five years of experience as an acupuncturist, Dr.
Farrow utilizes traditional Chinese medicine alongside modern medical practices to address the
root causes of health concerns and promote overall well-being.
Originally from Nebraska, Dr. Farrow graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney with a
major in Biology, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of the interconnectedness of
health and nature. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a proud plant and dog mom,
finding joy and balance in nurturing both living beings and fostering a harmonious lifestyle.
