With a deep-rooted passion for holistic healing, I strive to bring a gentle yet profound energy to each Reiki session. Having practiced as a massage therapist for over 15 years, i draw from an extensive background in bodywork, movement, and intuitive healing. As a certified Reiki practitioner, I use Reiki to connect with clients on an energetic level, offering support that goes beyond the physical body to promote balance, clarity, and inner peace.

Through compassionate, client-centered sessions, I aim to create a safe, nurturing space for relaxation and self-discovery. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal itself, and endeavor to support clients as they release emotional blockages, recharge, and restore alignment within themselves.

Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, emotional healing, or a greater sense of spiritual connection, I am honored to support your journey to wellness.

Samantha Gallentine, Licensed Certified Sound Therapy practitioners, medical professional, wife and rescue cat owner.

The one hour program entails a soothing sound bath experience. (Don’t worry, you won’t get wet!)
Ancient healing instruments are used to assist with resting the nervous system, enhance focus and memory, and creating a feeling of ease that you can take with you as you re-enter the world outside of the clinic.

Participants should dress comfortably. Eye masks will be provided. All attendees will be reclined on the floor (chairs provided if the floor is not accessible for some bodies), surrounded by or “bathed in” the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, drums, chimes and other ancient healing instruments.

Please bring:

  • A yoga mat (to place over studio mats for added cushion)
  • 1-2 blankets (to use as props and cover up with)
  • Pillows or other props to make your spot “nest” cozy
  • A closed bottle of water or tea (for hydration)

Additional Sound Bath Tips:

  • Arrive early to make sure you have plenty of time to relax and be ready for the session to start.
  • Gather what you might want near- water, crystals, journal, essential oils..
  • Think about setting an intention, goal or prayer for your practice.
  • Create a super comfortable seated or laying down position. Support your body to be comfortable with blankets, pillows, yoga blocks or bolsters. Use one or more yoga mats as your base.
  • Take slow, deep breaths to soothe your nervous system and encourage deep relaxation, especially at the start of your session.
  • Let your eyes close to better focus on the internal experience.
  • Use an eye pillow to encourage deeper relaxation.
  • Listen to the sounds and guided words carefully. Pay attention to what makes you feel calm and relaxed. Notice how certain sounds affect your emotions.
  • If you find that you are getting bored during a sound bath, change your breathing, focus or body position.
  • If your sessions does not include a guided visualization, you may find it helpful to visualize yourself surrounded by bright colored light.
  • Afterwards, take time to integrate and reflect on your experience. How did it feel? What was your overall impression? Did anything happen that surprised your?
