Sarah is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner who works with children 5 and older, adolescents, adults, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, emotional regulation challenges, identity development, and major life transitions. Her approach is trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and grounded in understanding the connection between life experiences, nervous system responses, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Prior to private practice, Sarah spent years working within child welfare and behavioral health settings, supporting children, adolescents, and families facing complex challenges. She has extensive experience working with trauma, abuse, neglect, foster care involvement, family conflict, and sexual abuse recovery.

Sarah strives to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and supported. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused interventions, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and nervous system regulation strategies, Sarah works collaboratively with clients to build insight, resilience, healthy coping skills, and meaningful change.
Sarah welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and identities and is committed to providing affirming care, including support related to gender identity, sexual orientation, and authentic self-expression.
