Lawrence Gardiner, LIMHP, is a licensed mental health therapist, author, and youth development specialist with more than 15 years of experience helping children, adolescents, and families build resilience, emotional well-being, and personal growth. He specializes in anxiety, trauma recovery, executive functioning development, and psychotherapy.
As the founder of the CEO Initiative (Chief Executive Officer of Self), Lawrence helps young people strengthen critical executive functioning skills, including emotional regulation, impulse control, decision-making, goal setting, and self-awareness. His work focuses on equipping youth with the cognitive and emotional tools needed to succeed in school, relationships, and life.
